About the Role

The Senior Accountant, Consolidation and SEC Reporting will join the finance team to drive external financial reporting and global consolidation activities. This role supports the preparation of SEC filings, ensures adherence to U.S. GAAP and SOX, and assists with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close cycles for multiple entities. Key duties include assembling and reviewing Form 10‑K, 10‑Q and 8‑K packages, creating workpapers and footnote documentation, and managing XBRL tagging. The accountant will also generate journal entries, reconcile accounts, perform intercompany eliminations, and aggregate subsidiary financial data for global reporting. Additional responsibilities cover documenting SOX controls, collaborating on process‑improvement initiatives, and contributing to system implementations and M&A integration projects. • Prepare and review SEC filings (Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K) for GAAP and SOX compliance • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with journal entries and reconciliations • Aggregate and reconcile subsidiary financial data for global reporting • Document and evidence key SOX controls over financial reporting • Lead initiatives for process improvement, ERP rollout, and merger integration

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, possess a CPA license or be eligible, and bring 2‑4 years of progressive experience in public accounting or public‑company reporting. Strong command of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting standards, and SOX compliance is required, along with advanced Excel capabilities. Experience with ERP or consolidation platforms such as Oracle, SAP, HFM, or Workiva and exposure to complex areas like business combinations and revenue recognition are preferred. The ideal professional demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and a collaborative mindset. • Hold CPA license (or eligibility) and 2‑4 years of public‑company accounting experience • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) • Prefer experience with ERP/consolidation systems (Oracle, SAP, HFM, Workiva) and complex accounting topics • Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities with high attention to detail

Base salary ranges from $74,501 to $102,439, depending on location, education, and experience.
