About the Role
The role is responsible for maintaining and updating detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for all phases—from engineering through delivery—while analyzing variances and escalating potential delays. It involves working closely with engineering managers and global teams to allocate resources, track engineering hours, and ensure realistic resource loading. Coordination with the Product Delivery Planner aligns MRP data with real‑time scheduling needs, guaranteeing timely material release and seamless integration between long‑term planning and short‑term execution. Regular stakeholder engagement and reporting provide schedule status updates, risk assessments, and audit‑ready documentation. • Maintain and update Primavera P6 schedules for engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery phases. • Analyze schedule variances and flag potential delays. • Allocate engineering resources and monitor hours with global teams. • Align MRP data with scheduling needs and ensure timely material release. • Serve as the primary liaison between product delivery planning and project execution. • Participate in joint planning‑scheduling meetings to manage timelines and risks. • Communicate schedule status and updates across time zones. • Produce progress and risk reports and keep audit‑ready schedule documentation.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline and possess 3–5 years of scheduling or project coordination experience, preferably within the oil and gas sector. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and familiarity with MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP are required, along with strong analytical and communication skills to convey technical schedules to non‑technical audiences. Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones and with planners or project controls teams is essential; exposure to subsea equipment or offshore projects is a plus. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field. • Bring 3–5 years of scheduling or project coordination experience, preferably in oil & gas. • Proficient in Primavera P6; familiar with Oracle or SAP MRP systems. • Demonstrate strong analytical and communication abilities for technical and non‑technical audiences. • Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams and planners. • Preferred: exposure to subsea equipment or offshore oil & gas projects.
