About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to lead Turbine Floor Outage Execution, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities that align with Constellation and Clean Energy Center goals. The role enforces procedural compliance, human performance fundamentals, and provides coaching for continuous improvement. It also oversees the coordination of multidisciplinary team efforts throughout turbine generator disassembly and reassembly. • Direct turbine floor personnel to ensure safe, qualified maintenance execution according to procedures and schedules. • Coordinate work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refuel outage activities. • Communicate CEC and personnel issues to Outage Services & Alliances and CEC management, fostering collaboration. • Oversee multidisciplinary project activities, including turbine generator disassembly/reassembly, deck lay‑down, equipment mobilization, and contract interfaces. • Administer OS&A processes such as training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and corrective actions. • Identify and implement improvement opportunities aligned with business goals. • Maintain required access clearance and pass medical examinations as mandated for the position.

What You Bring
The role requires adherence to Constellation’s access and medical standards and a solid background in turbine or reactor operations. Candidates must bring the appropriate blend of education and experience to support safe outage execution and meet the company’s performance expectations. • Minimum qualification options: bachelor's degree + 5 years experience; SRO license + 5 years; associate's degree + 7 years; high school diploma + 9 years. • Preferred qualification: OEM training related to reactor, turbine, or steam‑generator projects.
