Design Lead (Master Planning)

About the Role

The role is for a high‑rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai, where the planner will be accountable for the planning function on the allocated project or tender, ensuring effective planning, scheduling and monitoring to deliver on time and profitably. The position supports the project management function, leading the application of planning and scheduling methods, Earned Value Management and project control methodologies, while influencing clients and stakeholders and developing the planning team. • Apply specific planning and scheduling methods, techniques, and tools • Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls methodologies • Communicate effectively with clients, project teams and stakeholders • Analyze complex requirements and recommend corrective measures • Lead and develop a team of planning and schedule management professionals • Influence clients to accept proposals and recommendations • Perform tasks required to fulfil project or assignment requirements • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions
