About the Role

Key duties include providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding; maintaining each resident’s safety, comfort, dignity and confidentiality; escorting residents to meals and activities; ensuring they are clean, groomed and fed during shifts; documenting all services provided; and promptly reporting any changes in condition to a supervisor. • Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) per care plan • Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents • Escort residents to meals and activities • Ensure residents are clean, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts • Document all services rendered each shift • Report any change in resident condition immediately to supervisor • Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, using proper body mechanics • Participate in on‑the‑job training and employee assistance program

What You Bring

Candidates must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide with experience working with the elderly, preferably with dementia. The role requires physical abilities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and using proper body mechanics to support residents. • Hold CNA or CHHA certification; experience with elderly, preferably dementia

Benefits

The Caregiver reports to the Health & Wellness Director and is a part‑time, non‑exempt, hourly position with a salary of $20‑$22 per hour. The role assists residents in daily life according to their care plans, covering personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.
