Senior Construction Project Manager, Telecomm Design and Digital Infrastructure (ICT)

About the Role

We have created a new role within the Information Communications Technology team to combine technical expertise with operational excellence. The position supports underground infrastructure, conduit builds, cable trays, fiber cabling and internal network switching for data‑center construction, and collaborates with Network, Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural teams on retail, hyperscale and hybrid designs. Additional duties include financial planning, vendor management, real‑estate evaluation and contract negotiations. • Negotiate fiber routes and right‑of‑way agreements. • Coordinate with carriers to bring fiber into sites. • Lead construction, remodels, upgrades and replacements, ensuring projects exceed expectations. • Manage data‑center ICT programs from inception to delivery. • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to required quality and scope. • Direct up to ten external vendors, including low‑voltage, dark‑fiber and equipment providers. • Administer contracts, change orders and cost forecasts throughout project lifecycles. • Oversee internal and external project teams across design, procurement, operations and IT/network support. • Develop and maintain best‑in‑class policies and procedures.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in data‑center digital infrastructure or telecommunications project and construction management. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience with telecom design, networking, or an electrical‑engineering background is valuable. Certifications such as RCDD, DCDC or CDCDP are advantageous, and proficiency in Spanish (and optionally Portuguese) is strongly preferred.

Benefits

The targeted base‑pay range for this role in Miami, FL is $136,000 – $204,000 annually, with additional compensation possible through bonuses, equity and benefits. Pay is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience and education, and may be adjusted over time.
