About the Role
Summary: The Project Manager II provides overall management direction on complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgets, serving as the primary client contact, and monitoring construction and financial activities with the project team. This role is responsible for the project’s financial results and safety by perpetuating the IIF culture. • Responsible for pre‑construction duties • Lead job transition and start‑up process • Manage cost and schedule • Manage cash flow • Direct and/or oversee staff • Manage client relationship • Oversee generation and submittal of technical records • Manage the construction process • Manage project safety and risk management processes • Ensure a safe work environment • Participate in training/certifications
