Job Highlights
About the Role
The Quality Professional will maintain and improve all quality‑related activities to ensure that products, services and processes meet internal and external standards. This role supports continuous improvement, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction by implementing and sustaining quality‑assurance procedures. • Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and integrated management systems (IMS). • Maintain quality control systems and procedures. • Monitor, audit, and evaluate production processes to detect and correct deviations from quality standards. • Inspect and test materials, processes, and products for compliance. • Analyze quality data and create reports for management. • Train staff on quality control practices and procedures. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure their products/services meet company standards. • Lead root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving initiatives. • Document all processes related to quality management and standardization. • Conduct regular internal audits and support external audits. • Recommend and implement quality improvement plans.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least four years of experience working with quality systems, preferably in a service environment, and possess a high‑school diploma or equivalent; further education in engineering, quality management or related fields is advantageous. Relevant certifications such as ASQ, Six Sigma, OSHA Safety or Certified Quality Technician are preferred, along with proficiency in ISO 9001, Microsoft Office and quality‑management software. Strong analytical, decision‑making, problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills are required. • Minimum 4 years of experience with quality systems, preferably in a service environment. • High school diploma required; post‑secondary education or degree in engineering, quality management, business or supply chain preferred. • ASQ certification preferred; Six Sigma, OSHA Safety or Certified Quality Technician certifications beneficial. • Proficiency with ISO 9001, Microsoft Office and quality management software. • Strong analytical, decision‑making, problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
