About the Role
The HR Generalist role supports the factory‑level human‑resources function, contributing to recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning and compliance in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will partner with teams to ensure smooth onboarding, manage compensation queries, coordinate training, maintain accurate employee data and facilitate performance reviews. This position offers the opportunity to influence HR policies, conduct audits and address grievances while interacting with a global workforce. • Support recruitment and selection processes. • Build and maintain high‑level trust with employees and foster harmonious industrial relations at the factory level. • Plan labor requirements across all workforce categories. • Ensure completion of pre‑ and post‑onboarding activities for new hires. • Handle employee grievances related to salary, compensation structure, and taxation. • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including the Factories Act. • Prepare and deliver quarterly and half‑yearly training programs. • Initiate and develop business‑friendly HR policies, processes, and practices. • Monitor and facilitate performance management and review cycles. • Maintain and update the employee database, providing analysis and reports as needed. • Conduct timely HR process audits. • Address and resolve employee grievances.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources (or equivalent experience) and bring 5‑8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
