About the Role
Work directly with manufacturing labor to troubleshoot and improve processes, including fabrication, assembly, measuring, and testing of products. Develop, modify, and troubleshoot control programs using RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000 Logix Designer and associated tools such as FactoryTalk View, RSLinx, and ControlFLASH. Support and execute the capital plan to enhance capability, capacity, and efficiency, creating new key plant processes for sales growth and product line expansion. Provide support for obsolete or limited‑support hardware while planning and executing migration paths to modern architecture, and stabilize legacy press controls to improve uptime, reliability, and operator safety. • Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes (fabrication, assembly, measuring, testing). • Develop and modify RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000 control programs using FactoryTalk View, RSLinx, and ControlFLASH. • Execute capital plans to increase plant capability, capacity, and efficiency for sales growth. • Support legacy hardware migration to modern architecture and stabilize press controls for higher uptime and safety. • Provide disability‑related accommodation contact (1‑800‑836‑6345).

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of three years (preferably five or more) of technical experience supporting manufacturing operations are required. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Washington, PA; no relocation assistance is offered, though active‑duty military members are exempt from the geographic restriction. Desired experience includes lean manufacturing, TPM or RCM principles, PLC programming, control panel/electrical work, and mechanical power press and stamping knowledge.
