About the Role
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers • Drive revenue through customer retention and new business acquisition • Own the full customer lifecycle within an assigned territory • Create and execute strategic territory plans to meet sales and profit goals • Partner with sales leadership and operations to address customer needs • Identify underserved markets and new service opportunities • Conduct business reviews and regular check‑ins with key accounts • Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling initiatives • Develop proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate pricing • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM for forecasting and pipeline management • Set and measure monthly, quarterly, and annual new‑business and retention targets • Participate in customer onboarding and ensure smooth handoffs to internal teams
