Project Manager

About the Role

In this role you will oversee project delivery, embed safety standards, manage plans, budgets and timelines, coordinate procurement, maintain stakeholder communication, supervise changes and handover documentation, champion digital and responsible business practices, and support the net‑zero carbon transition. • Direct project execution, supervising teams and stakeholders to meet KPIs. • Enforce Safety First standards, promoting health, safety and wellbeing on site. • Control project schedules, budgets and risk mitigation activities. • Manage procurement of consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance and quality. • Facilitate stakeholder communication, documentation and reporting according to the Mace Way. • Supervise change management, handover documentation and record keeping. • Advance digital, data and responsible business initiatives to foster innovation. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon goals by monitoring emissions and implementing reductions.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will hold a professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent qualifications, demonstrate proven project‑management experience in property or infrastructure, possess strong commercial, financial and stakeholder‑management skills, and have knowledge of sustainability and carbon‑reduction practices. • Possess professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent credentials. • Provide proven project‑management experience in property or infrastructure sectors. • Demonstrate strong commercial, financial and stakeholder‑management expertise. • Apply knowledge of sustainability and carbon‑reduction strategies.
