About the Role
Job Summary: As a District Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing and maintaining business within an assigned territory. This outside sales role leverages your Pre‑Engineered Metal Building knowledge, professional communication, and selling skills to meet annual sales growth targets. You will develop strategic relationships with customers and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and collaborative engagement. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, moving them through the sales cycle. • Input and maintain accurate records in DBA CRM according to company guidelines. • Establish and maintain high‑level strategic relationships with existing customers.

What You Bring
