About the Role
The Contract Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between KBR and the government customer, ensuring clear communication of risks, issues, and resolution plans while aligning contract activities with organizational goals. In this contingent position, the CPM guides the implementation of Digital Engineering, Model‑Based Systems Engineering, and Digital Twin initiatives, and supports senior government stakeholders across engineering and program executive offices. • Execute financial, staffing, and administrative contract actions on schedule. • Lead the team in adopting Digital Engineering, Model‑Based Systems Engineering, and Digital Twin capabilities. • Act as the main point of contact for the government customer, including the Chief Engineer and Program Executive Offices. • Provide contract management support to the Program Management Office, covering cost, schedule, risk, and performance oversight. • Ensure contractor personnel meet qualification requirements and proactively mitigate personnel issues. • Deliver required reports and deliverables such as monthly financial, staffing, activity reports, quarterly program reviews, trip reports, briefings, and white papers. • Establish rapid‑response processes for surge staffing requirements. • Monitor and report performance metrics, service level agreements, and key performance indicators to government leadership.

What You Bring
The role demands a master’s degree or equivalent expertise, a minimum of ten years managing cost, schedule, risk, and performance for DoD/IC programs, and professional certifications such as PMP or DAWIA Level III, along with active TS/SCI clearance. • Hold a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, MIS, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience. • Possess at least ten years of program‑management experience in DoD/IC environments with expertise in cost, schedule, performance, and risk management. • Maintain active TS/SCI clearance and have extensive experience working with NGA and other intelligence partners. • Hold PMP, DAWIA Level III, or comparable program‑management certification. • Demonstrate expertise in Digital Engineering and Model‑Based Systems Engineering. • Possess knowledge of geospatial intelligence, the National System for Geospatial Intelligence, and MBSE tools, processes, and languages. • Experience applying Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and tailoring them to project needs. • Ability to identify technical issues, communicate impacts proactively, and perform validation and verification of engineering results. • Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI/ML integration.
