About the Role

The role supports both grassroots and revamp projects for LNG production facilities, covering utilities, liquefaction, and pre-treatment units. The engineer will execute process-engineering work for large- and medium-sized projects, develop core deliverables such as simulations, heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, flare and relief analyses, and define design parameters. Additional duties include equipment design and rating for vessels, columns, heat exchangers, pumps, and related systems; conducting optimization studies for flare, relief, blow-down, vent, cooling/heating media, utility sizing, and produced-water treatment; and participating in process-safety activities like HAZOP and HAZID. The engineer will also provide technical leadership and independent analysis on complex engineering issues. • Serve as Process Engineer on LNG production, utilities, liquefaction, and pre-treatment projects. • Develop and deliver process simulations, heat/material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic and flare/relief analyses. • Design and rate process equipment such as vessels, columns, heat exchangers, and pumps. • Conduct optimization studies for flare, relief, blow-down, vent, cooling/heating media, utility sizing, and water-treatment systems. • Participate in process-safety activities, including HAZOP and HAZID assessments. • Provide technical leadership and independent analysis for complex engineering issues.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering acceptable with relevant experience) and have at least seven years of progressively responsible process-engineering experience, preferably within a major EPC organization. Experience with FEED projects, especially LNG, and proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and PipeSim are required, along with strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering acceptable with relevant experience). • Minimum 7 years of progressive process-engineering experience, preferably in EPC; FEED and LNG project background preferred. • Proficient in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and PipeSim for simulation and design. • Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills across multidisciplinary teams.
