What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter and Plumber with additional trade skills to join our team as a Multi‑Trade Operative. The role involves carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs for both specialist and secondary trades, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within required deadlines. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence, be able to pass a basic criminal record check, and be eligible to work in the UK. The role requires residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment, and the company does not sponsor visas. • Must hold a valid UK driving licence and pass a basic criminal record check. • Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the contract duration.

Benefits
The position offers a salary of £36,000 to £41,000 plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, a van, tools, a company bonus scheme and regular overtime. It is based in Mottingham, works 40 hours per week and is a permanent contract. Successful candidates will deliver a first‑class service to properties in Mottingham and surrounding areas while providing excellent customer care. Salary is just the starting point; additional benefits include the monthly London Weighting allowance, a company vehicle for work use, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses. • Receive salary £36k‑£41k plus London Allowance, van, tools, bonus scheme and overtime. • Eligible for £125 monthly London Weighting allowance and company‑provided vehicle.
