About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing PMO, project controls and change management delivery across complex commissions, designing and embedding frameworks aligned with Mace’s control centre and client expectations, and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will advise on cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting, facilitate governance, reporting and assurance, manage baselines, monitor change and drive delivery performance. Additionally, you will mentor high‑performing teams, support recruitment and resource planning, and actively contribute to net‑zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery. • Manage PMO, project controls, and change management delivery across complex commissions. • Design and embed frameworks aligned with Mace control centre and client expectations. • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and excellence. • Advise on cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting to meet project objectives. • Facilitate governance, reporting, and assurance for informed decision‑making. • Manage baselines, monitor change, and drive delivery performance. • Mentor high‑performing teams and foster technical growth. • Support recruitment and resource planning to meet evolving commission needs. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon goals by identifying, managing, and reducing emissions.

Mace is seeking Change Management professionals at all levels to join us as we continue to expand our life sciences, technology and manufacturing teams working across capital projects in Indianapolis. We have several opportunities over the next few months and are also open to applications from candidates outside Indianapolis who have the right to work in the US without sponsorship and are willing to work a fly‑in‑fly‑out remote and on‑site model. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or a related field, and have proven experience as a project control or change management professional in construction projects. Experience delivering PMO, project controls and change management services in the construction sector or consultancy, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are required. Effective communication, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, and experience in capital projects within life sciences or manufacturing are also essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or related field. • Demonstrated experience as a project control or change management professional in construction projects. • Experience delivering PMO, project controls, and change management services in construction or consultancy. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. • Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. • Experience in capital projects within life sciences or manufacturing.
