About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will help bring vacation dreams to life by performing daily cleaning duties on an assigned slate of rooms. If you enjoy making people feel welcome and being part of an outstanding team environment, this role is for you. • Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and guests to ensure guest satisfaction. • Prepare rooms to established standards for guest arrival. • Report any damage, deficiencies, or disturbances to supervisors. • Address reasonable guest complaints and requests professionally and patiently. • Maintain housekeeping equipment and tools in proper condition. • Keep inventory of housekeeping supplies and tools up to date.

What You Bring

Housekeepers must be adaptable to a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with typical Saturday hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and additional weekday shifts based on demand. Paid training is provided, and schedules are assigned upon hire. • Prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong customer service skills. • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
