About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers' storage needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. What You Bring
The position requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50% of the time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles.
