About the Role
The Executive Engineer will oversee all technical IFM activities for client facilities across India and report to the Assistant Facility Manager. The role demands strong organization, leadership of large teams and a focus on ensuring safe, problem‑free accommodations so employees can work under optimal conditions. The incumbent will maintain 100 % uptime by leading preventive maintenance, inspections and emergency response for HVAC, MEP, BMS, fire safety and other building systems. They will develop and enforce engineering procedures, manage budgets, conduct technical audits, coordinate with contractors and local authorities, and drive zero‑downtime through rigorous scheduling and risk‑mitigation practices. • Ensure 100 % uptime of client facilities across India. • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, MEP and building management systems. • Conduct regular facility inspections and generate condition reports with corrective recommendations (IR, RCA, CAPA). • Respond immediately to emergencies and support after‑hours building needs. • Develop and roll out engineering and operational procedures for site staff. • Liaise with local authorities and maintain all legal and statutory compliances. • Plan, budget and manage engineering and operational contracts. • Conduct periodic technical audits of installations and contractor performance. • Create and maintain critical spares inventory per manufacturer recommendations. • Design maintenance schedules, shutdown plans and coordinate with clients/OEMs. • Monitor logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules to drive zero downtime. • Implement risk, safety and pre‑emptive maintenance programs to mitigate equipment failures.

What You Bring
Candidates need a minimum of five years’ experience as an Executive Engineer or in a comparable IFM role, a Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and a valid ‘C’ license. Strong communication, strategic leadership, vendor management, and the ability to operate in a matrixed environment are essential, while familiarity with tech‑based dashboards is a plus. • Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Engineer or similar IFM role. • Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a valid ‘C’ license. • Strong knowledge of IFM operations, HVAC, MEP, BMS and fire/life safety systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication, plus non‑verbal communication skills. • Strategic thinking, leadership and ability to influence in heavily matrixed environments. • Vendor management, SLA tracking, facility reporting and client coordination experience. • Keen learning ability and adaptability to dynamic client business needs. • Familiarity with technology‑driven dashboards (preferred).
