About the Role
In this role you will ensure a safe, injury‑free workplace while directing all production activities to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets. You will establish and manage the production schedule, allocate people, assets, tooling, and materials, and monitor daily Key Performance Indicators to drive performance and data accuracy. • Maintain a safe, injury‑free work environment. • Direct and coordinate production activities to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals. • Develop and manage the production schedule, allocating people, assets, tooling, and materials efficiently. • Monitor and report daily Key Performance Indicators and ensure data accuracy. • Train employees on production procedures and handle hiring, performance evaluation, and discipline. • Review variable costs and productivity, implementing corrective actions when targets are missed. • Lead Continuous Improvement projects to boost efficiency, productivity, and machine utilization. • Enforce 5S housekeeping standards and support quality initiatives. • Oversee preventive maintenance performed by production staff.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a B.S. or equivalent experience, with at least four years in manufacturing—preferably aerospace, fasteners, or machining—and has supervised teams of 40 or more. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in ERP (JDE), MS Office, and familiarity with PowerBI or similar productivity tools. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • Minimum 4 years manufacturing experience, preferably aerospace or machining. • Supervisory experience managing teams of 40+ employees. • Proficiency with ERP (JDE) and MS Office; familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Process improvement experience (Six Sigma, Lean) is desirable.

Compensation includes a competitive salary ranging from $78,600 to $120,000, plus a possible sign‑on payment.
