About the Role
• Define and implement technical strategies for building services aligned with organizational goals. • Manage end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. • Drive adoption of cutting‑edge technologies and sustainable practices in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.). • Ensure all designs and installations meet regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. • Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions. • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project lifecycles.
