Design Engineer supporting DTO/ETO product design, CAD modeling, and documentation.

About the Role
• Execute standard and ETO/DTO inquiries and orders. • Create and modify 2D/3D layouts and assemblies per customer requirements. • Design or improve basic components using CAD tools. • Manage ECRs/ECNs and deliver complete drawing packages on schedule. • Develop basic test plans from existing protocols. • Prepare design documents, installation instructions, and data sheets. • Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Use CAD software (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Creo, Inventor) to produce models. • Apply GD&T and drafting standards. • Produce reports and presentations with Microsoft Office.

What You Bring
Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced product design professional with a mechanical engineering background to support Design‑To‑Order (DTO) or Engineered‑To‑Order (ETO) projects that involve component or layout designs. • Communicate professionally with cross‑functional teams and customers. • Work independently with a sense of urgency. • Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical or production engineering. • Possess 1–4 years of experience designing industrial products such as couplings, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, turbines, or machine tools. • Travel less than 10% regionally or globally and communicate primarily in English.
