About the Role
• Assist staff with field tasks across diverse construction materials testing projects. • Perform field testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry, structural steel, asphalt pavement, and fireproofing. • Document site observations and test results in daily reports using proprietary CMT software. • Communicate site conditions and testing requests to the project team; attend meetings as needed. • Begin learning soil classification techniques.

What You Bring
The role provides hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of construction materials testing projects, including site observations, reporting, and collaboration with clients and team members. Candidates must possess a relevant engineering or geology bachelor's degree, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and demonstrate strong communication, safety awareness, and teamwork abilities. • Hold a BS in civil, construction, materials science, architectural engineering, or geology. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance. • Demonstrate functional knowledge of CMT principles, ASTM standards, and heavy-construction safety. • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication and effective teamwork abilities.
