About the Role

This role is responsible for gathering the voice of the customer, defining product roadmaps, launching new offerings, and supporting training, pricing, and marketing initiatives. The Product Manager – ADPS Platform works closely with customers, sales, engineering, operations, the business product manager, and other product managers to drive innovation and achieve growth and profitability objectives. The manager supports the PLM in the strategic planning process for the product line, aligning sales, engineering, finance, and operations functions, and holds profit‑and‑loss accountability for the ADPS platform to meet revenue and margin targets. A deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and product applications is essential. Strategic marketing direction is provided for penetration of new market segments such as system integrators and partners, informed by customer needs and competitor positioning, and product launches are executed. Collaboration with other product lines creates marketing solutions and synergies for specific industries, while global alignment of product development, marketing initiatives, regional requirements, and segment execution is led. The manager presents financial results and forecasts to key stakeholders, serves as the spokesperson in key customer interactions and negotiations, and works with engineering on customer projects, new product development, and product upgrades. Close cooperation with the proposal manager, PMO, sales, channels, major accounts, and the marcom team ensures effective go‑to‑market strategies, promotional materials, and pricing execution. • Gather customer voice, define product roadmaps, and launch new ADPS platform offerings. • Align product strategy with sales, engineering, finance, and operations; manage P&L for revenue and margin goals. • Develop and execute marketing strategies for new market segments and product launches. • Create cross‑product synergies and ensure global alignment of development and marketing initiatives. • Serve as spokesperson to customers, present financial forecasts, and lead negotiations. • Collaborate with engineering, proposal manager, PMO, and marcom on project specs, product updates, and promotional assets. • Define and implement SaaS pricing models to achieve target revenue and market share. • Conduct market analysis, KPI tracking, and data‑driven decision making using Excel, SQL, and BI tools. • Lead Agile product development, write user stories, functional specs, and roadmap presentations.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field, at least ten years of experience in marketing, sales, or engineering of enterprise software platforms, and five years in product management. Bilingual fluency in French and English, cloud‑platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) of three years, SaaS pricing expertise, the ability to travel up to 20%, legal authorization to work in Canada, and strong analytical, Agile, and utility‑industry knowledge are required. • Minimum 10 years experience in enterprise software marketing/sales/engineering; 5 years in product management. • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field; cloud platform expertise (Azure/AWS/GCP). • Bilingual French and English; ability to travel up to 20% internationally; authorized to work in Canada. • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data retention, and compliance (e.g., SOX) for enterprise software.
