About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations and maintaining strong client relationships, ranging from property management teams to senior executives. This role includes budget management, vendor oversight, cost‑saving initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Project Manager will lead a team, conduct building inspections, oversee payroll and safety training, and manage inventory and supplies. Benefits
The position is based at 865 Figueroa St., Downtown Los Angeles, CA, with standard hours of Monday to Friday, 7:30 am‑4:00 pm and occasional afternoon hours. Compensation is $75,000 per year, with offers varying based on education, experience, skills, location, and market data; eligibility for company incentive or bonus programs may apply.
