About the Role

• Show, lease, and process move‑ins for prospective residents, including qualifying leads and completing paperwork. • Generate and follow up on new leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and meet daily on‑site attendance requirements. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours; use sales and marketing strategies to meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks, lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and assist with turnover processes. • Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction; help develop retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Assist with the annual marketing plan, market surveys, and maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and enforce community policies as delegated.

What You Bring
