About the Role

The Program Integrator will lead integration efforts for the Javelin missile project office, ensuring program deliverables are met and supporting mission‑critical operations. This role bridges product management and engineering teams to drive successful outcomes. The role involves overseeing risk identification, documenting acquisition requirements, and providing business support to ensure seamless program integration. • Identify and resolve major program issues that could impede success. • Assist in executing the Product Management Program. • Act as the action officer for Product Office integration efforts. • Draft acquisition documents such as Task Training Objectives, Statements of Work, and Program Management Plans. • Support Product Office business functions as needed.

What You Bring

Applicants must possess a Secret security clearance and a strong background in government program offices, especially within PEO Aviation, with demonstrated ability to produce acquisition documentation and use specialized tools. • Hold a Secret‑level security clearance. • Possess a BS/BA (or 8 additional years of experience) and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a government program office supporting PEO Aviation. • Demonstrated experience drafting acquisition and program documents. • Proficient with the CCaR system. • Prior service as a member of the U.S. Army (preferred). • Experience designing, developing, testing, and evaluating integrated industrial production systems, including logistics, cost analysis, and quality control (preferred).
