About the Role
The architect will serve as the primary technical resource for the D365 project, handling design, implementation, and ongoing management. Responsibilities include planning and executing system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring configurations align with business processes, leading technical discussions, evaluating change requests, managing application integrations per ITSM policies, mitigating high‑impact risks, and recommending enhancements and process improvements. • Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. • Plan and execute system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements following best practices. • Configure D365 to support specific business processes and align with organizational goals. • Conduct technical discussions with stakeholders and provide expert guidance. • Evaluate, approve, and implement change requests and ERP extensions. • Manage application integrations while adhering to ITSM processes. • Proactively identify and mitigate high‑impact risks and resolve critical issues. • Recommend enhancements, process improvements, and configuration changes.

What You Bring
Candidates need at least 2 years of experience with Dynamics F&O or a comparable SaaS ERP, familiarity with the software implementation lifecycle, and the ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse personalities. Strong business, leadership, analytical, technical, and organizational skills are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). The position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $180,000, does not provide sponsorship or relocation, and requires an online application, background check, and drug test.
