About the Role
In this role you will contribute to the full lifecycle of annual operating plans, support quarterly forecasting, track performance against plans, and uncover root causes of variances. You will gather and consolidate data for sales and margin analysis, assist with the monthly close, and translate financial results into clear insights for business partners. Collaboration with Selling, Marketing, and Engineering teams, maintaining standardized reporting, building analytical tools, and applying Lean principles to streamline processes are also key responsibilities, along with contributing to cross‑functional initiatives such as OneStream XF and BI enhancements. • Drive full lifecycle of annual operating plans from design to financial consolidation. • Maintain forecasting models, analyze risks, and deliver accurate quarterly forecasts. • Track performance, investigate variances, and collaborate on corrective solutions. • Consolidate data for sales, margin, profitability, pricing, and market analysis. • Support monthly close and translate results into actionable insights. • Partner with Selling, Marketing, and Engineering to build and monitor plans. • Develop standardized reports and analytical tools across channels and regions. • Apply Lean principles to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency. • Lead cross‑functional projects such as OneStream XF, BI upgrades, and acquisitions.

What You Bring
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least three years of experience in Financial Planning, Operational Finance, or Corporate Finance. Knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Tableau or OneStream XF are preferred. Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, confidentiality, flexibility, organization, and accountability under tight timelines are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of FP&A experience. • Knowledge of US GAAP, IAS, and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Tableau/OneStream a plus. • Strong analytical, business partnership, and confidential communication skills. • Demonstrated flexibility, organization, and accountability under tight deadlines.
