About the Role
Success will be achieved by building strong relationships with existing customers, sourcing new prospects through networking, referrals and cold calling, and executing the channel customer contact strategy. Collaboration with new‑business colleagues ensures smooth handover of newly acquired customers. • Drive new and additional work from existing SME customers within a set territory (~500 accounts). • Respond to incoming enquiries and self‑generate sales leads via networking, referrals, warm and cold calling. • Build strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and revenue growth. • Manage defined lead sources and support new customer acquisition. • Collaborate with new‑business colleagues to ensure smooth handover of new customers.
