About the Role

• Lead project design and plan production for site development, including layout, grading, erosion control, utilities, drainage, and stormwater management. • Perform routine engineering design calculations. • Prepare specifications and contract documents. • Lead land development permitting processes. • Exercise judgment in evaluating, selecting, and modifying standard engineering techniques. • Make independent decisions on design and engineering procedures. • Delegate tasks to project team members. • Sign and seal design plans, calculations, and specifications as Engineer of Record. • Serve as Project Manager on small to medium site civil projects as needed. • Train and oversee up to three design staff on a project basis.

What You Bring

• Master's in Civil Engineering (preferred). • Project Management experience (preferred). • Local candidates preferred. • Bachelor's degree. • Minimum 10 years of civil/site design experience managing projects. • Professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) for the work location. • Project Engineering and Project Management experience.
