About the Role

• Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), integrate multiple IMSs, perform schedule risk analysis, build projections, and create reports or presentations. • Provide schedule‑related support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) by attending program meetings. • Deliver reports on IMS health, contractor schedule performance, and outcome projections to key stakeholders. • Support Program Management Reviews, design reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and Schedule Risk Assessments. • Communicate findings through briefings, written reports, and verbal presentations. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate activities and milestones into schedule models. • Apply integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise across functional disciplines. • Perform program‑management tasks: gather information, conduct analyses, develop strategies, plan milestones, track and schedule, and maintain schedule model databases.

What You Bring

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to support the Simulator Division (AFLCMC/WNS) at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base, developing and delivering schedule analysis support to USAF program offices. Candidates must reside near the Wright‑Patterson AFB, OH location. The role is onsite in an office setting with minimal travel (0‑20%) and standard working hours. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, over 15 years of program‑management experience, at least six years in scheduling, proficiency with MS Project, and an active Secret clearance. • Bachelor’s degree required. • 15+ years of program‑management experience. • Minimum six years of scheduling experience. • Six or more years using MS Project. • Active Secret clearance required. • Recent experience in system program offices desired. • Knowledge of writing and responding to Federal and DoD RFPs. • Previous government contracting experience highly desired. • Experience with Microsoft PowerBI.
