About the Role
The role develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems, defining standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating construction precision, accuracy, and reliability. It collaborates with the core team to audit and validate contractors’ QA/QC activities, reviews and follows up on contractors’ QA/QC plans, quality documentation, and records, and issues and tracks Non‑Conformance Records to closure. The position supports mock‑ups, design verification, start‑up and commissioning quality issues, conducts root‑cause analysis, tracks defect rectification, delivers quality training to subcontractors, and compiles inspection statistics for reporting and continuous improvement. Additionally, it acts as the focal point for a specific discipline, escalates issues to the Project Manager, participates in mutual QC walk‑downs with owners, and captures lessons learned for future projects. • Develop and maintain technical QA/QC systems, standards, and procedures. • Audit and validate contractor QA/QC activities and documentation. • Issue, track, and close Non‑Conformance Records (NCRs). • Provide quality training for subcontractors and support mock‑up reviews. • Perform root‑cause analysis, track defect rectification, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring
Suitable candidates typically have 8‑10 years of experience, including at least 6 years in civil/MEP roles on industrial or mission‑critical construction projects, with a strong preference for multi‑discipline semiconductor project experience. They should be practiced in project control mechanisms, commercial and technical risk assessments, and possess strong communication, organization, and coordination skills to lead consultants and contractors. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively, proactively in a team environment, and excellent English speaking and writing abilities. • 8‑10 years of experience with 6+ years in civil/MEP industrial or mission‑critical projects. • Preferable experience managing multi‑discipline semiconductor projects. • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills; fluent English.
