About the Role

The Property Manager (CRE) at Cushman & Wakefield will oversee the management of one or multiple properties on behalf of clients, ensuring all obligations of the management agreement are met. This role involves coordinating leasing, operations, financials, and tenant relations to deliver high‑performance property services. • Manage lease administration. • Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings. • Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and agency directives. • Lead property staff, including hiring and performance management. • Develop and execute comprehensive inspection schedule (weekly to annual) per asset and client requirements. • Create operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations and recoveries. • Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per company or client standards. • Abstract property leases accurately in lease administration software. • Coordinate with owners and accounting to ensure contract compliance and timely reporting. • Oversee tenant and building construction projects to ensure timely, accurate completion. • Participate in leasing and client meetings to facilitate communication and achieve objectives. • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, external and internal clients.

What You Bring

The position operates in a professional office setting with standard equipment and requires regular travel between properties, often in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include moving between floors, climbing stairs, and standing or sitting for the majority of the workday. • Strong oral and written communication. • Problem solving and analytical skills. • Leadership ability. • Time management. • Financial acumen. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). • Minimum 3 years of real estate property management experience. • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation (or in process). • Active real estate license. • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations. • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate. • Proven team management of employees and vendors. • Experience negotiating commercial lease or contract language. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
