About the Role

Key responsibilities include wrapping units with insulation, measuring and cutting material for proper placement, and fitting, adjusting, installing, and fastening unit components. Additional duties involve routine housekeeping and any other tasks required to support production. • Wrap insulation around units. • Measure and cut insulation material for placement. • Fit, adjust, install, and fasten unit components. • Perform routine housekeeping tasks. • Follow all safety rules and procedures. • Read and interpret work instructions and prints. • Operate hand tools, power tools, tape measures, cranes, and brazing torches. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Participate actively in a Continuous Improvement Team.

This entry‑level manufacturing role offers hands‑on experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals, focusing on wrapping units, measuring, and cutting insulation material. The job demands frequent lifting of up to 50 lb, constant standing, frequent walking, bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, and grasping, with occasional sitting. Employees must adhere to safety regulations, follow written and oral instructions, and have corrected vision of 20/20. Required qualifications are knowledge of hand tools, ability to read a measuring tape, good hand dexterity, high‑school level math, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe work area. Candidates must be capable of insulation PSI testing and must actively participate in a Continuous Improvement Team. • Lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
