About the Role
This position provides comprehensive support for facilities‑management operations, covering people management, vendor oversight, client and stakeholder relations, financial and commercial management, and site operations. It assists the Post Facilities Manager in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring soft services are delivered on time and within budget. The role contributes to JLL’s business objectives by meeting contractual obligations, client expectations, and KPI/SLA targets through effective team leadership and operational excellence. Day‑to‑day duties include coaching the team, managing multiple vendors for soft‑service delivery, and supporting procurement processes. You will build effective relationships with key stakeholders across all levels and monitor financial processes to ensure payable procedures and contract value delivery. The role also implements industry best‑practice operations, meets Critical Environment requirements, oversees site cleanliness and specialty cleaning, and supports JLL’s Operational Risk Management, disaster‑recovery, and business‑continuity programs. • Provide coaching and direction to the team, boosting morale and teamwork as backup for the Post Facilities Manager • Manage multiple vendors for soft‑service delivery and support procurement processes • Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders across all levels • Monitor financial processes, ensuring payable procedures and contract value delivery • Implement industry best‑practice operations and meet Critical Environment requirements • Oversee site cleanliness, guide cleaning staff, and organize specialty cleaning as needed • Implement JLL Operational Risk Management program and support disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans

What You Bring
Required qualifications include facilities‑management experience with team leadership, strong vendor‑management skills, and financial management expertise such as budget monitoring and accounts payable. Excellent customer‑service abilities, knowledge of health‑and‑safety guidelines, and proficiency with work‑order systems and KPI achievement are essential, along with availability for 24/7 emergency support. Preferred experience covers leased residential property management, Critical Environment Management, procurement and contract‑management best practices, and familiarity with JLL’s risk‑management programs and Commonwealth procurement rules. • Demonstrated facilities‑management experience with team leadership and coaching • Strong vendor‑management skills across hard and soft service providers • Financial management expertise, including budget monitoring and accounts payable • Excellent customer‑service ability to build relationships at all organizational levels • Knowledge of health‑and‑safety guidelines and contractor Safe Work Method Statements • Availability for 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance
