About the Role
The role also includes identifying unsatisfactory waste containers, tagging them according to departmental procedures, and continuously monitoring waste for unacceptable items. Trainees must keep the assigned vehicle operationally ready by cleaning waste from the packer blade and truck body after each disposal trip and adhering to all safety policies.

What You Bring
Upon successful completion of the CDL program, the incumbent must remain employed for twelve consecutive months. Trainees will learn to conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, report safety issues, and operate a heavy or commercial truck safely along assigned routes, including reading route sheets, loading refuse, and disposing of material at designated facilities.
