About the Role
In this role you will plan, wire, and test complex standard and non‑standard wiring installations of panel boards and control equipment on machines and special package units, adhering to specifications and codes such as NEMA, UL, and IEC. You must understand and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, detect unusual conditions or material defects, and report them to supervision. Additional duties include material handling, maintaining time, quality, and quantity records, and keeping the work area clean and safe according to 5S standards. You may also join special work teams for Kaizen events, 5S programs, and problem‑solving exercises while following all safety policies, procedures, and JHRA guidelines. The job requires standing, sitting, or walking for eight hours per day, with no lifting over 35 lb and frequent reaching, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing, and fine manipulation. • Plan, wire, and test standard and non‑standard panel board and control equipment installations. • Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and codes (NEMA, UL, IEC). • Identify and report unusual conditions or material defects. • Perform material handling and maintain time, quality, and quantity records. • Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S standards. • Participate in Kaizen events, 5S programs, and problem‑solving activities. • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and JHRA guidelines. • Work 8‑hour shifts from 2 pm‑10 pm (training on 6 am‑2 pm) with physical tasks such as lifting ≤35 lb, reaching, stooping, and climbing.

Hourly pay starts at $28.51 and increases to $29.37 on 2/22/2026, determined by the collective bargaining agreement, and benefits are provided through the local labor union. • Earn an hourly rate of $28.51 (increasing to $29.37 on 2/22/2026) with union‑provided benefits.
