What You Bring
As a Skilled Laborer/Groundman you will support all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, performing manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading materials, preparing job sites with hand tools, transporting heavy equipment, and building and maintaining aerial and underground cable systems. You will also troubleshoot field issues and learn to use a variety of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, consistently delivers quality work, enjoys hands‑on problem solving, and thrives in an outdoor team environment. A valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record is required, along with a desire to learn telecom construction skills such as coax and fiber splicing or directional drilling. Relevant MOS codes are also a strong fit. • Hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. • Demonstrate willingness to learn coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, etc.

Benefits
