About the Role
The Field Safety Representative II promotes the Company’s IIF culture by ensuring every co‑worker returns home safely each night. The role spends 100 % of time in the field observing and coaching co‑workers on unsafe conditions and behaviors, may supervise lower‑level Field Safety Representatives and Coordinators, and reinforces positive behavior through recognition or rewards. It serves as a resource for safety questions, shares lessons learned, and embeds with the project team to improve safety, quality, and productivity. • Promote the Company’s IIF culture by serving as a safety resource on projects. • Assist in project compliance with all safety rules and regulations. • Conduct or assist with case management. • Ensure a safe work environment. • Participate in training and certifications.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a safety‑related field (or equivalent experience) and have at least two years of concrete construction and safety experience. An OSHA 30‑hour certification must be obtained within three months of hire. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a safety‑related field (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of concrete construction safety experience. • Obtain OSHA 30‑hour certification within 3 months of hire.
