About the Role
The Apprentice Electrician role supports Base’s scaling of the future of energy by working on‑site daily with the DFW battery fleet. Under the guidance of licensed electricians, you will assist with pulling wire, opening panels, installing equipment, and other real‑world electrical work. Your primary value is showing up ready to work, learn, and do the job the right way. • Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical tasks. • Pull wire, mount equipment, set up battery systems, and prepare job sites. • Ensure installations meet inspection requirements and internal quality standards. • Organize tools, stage materials, and maintain clean, safe, efficient job sites. • Participate in after‑hours or weekend work to support urgent field needs. • Follow directions, ask good questions, and collaborate effectively with the team.

What You Bring
• Enrolled in or eligible for a Texas Apprentice Electrician program (license preferred). • 0–2+ years of construction, electrical, or hands‑on trade experience (optional). • Demonstrate strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a “do it right” attitude. • First Principles Thinking – question assumptions, prioritize principles over rules. • Operate at Base Pace – focus, act quickly, learn by doing. • Strong Opinions, Loosely Held – drive clarity, decide with imperfect information.
