About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will provide strategic and tactical guidance to create and implement a comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign aligned with program objectives. Responsibilities include developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules, evaluating effectiveness, and generating real‑time insights into team performance. The role requires at least 75 % of time spent in the field with direct partner engagement and daily driving. The specialist will track team performance goals related to brain‑donation initiatives and cultivate relationships with end‑of‑life, military, and veteran partners. Collaboration with supervisors, assigned teams, senior leadership, and external regional teams ensures coordinated outreach efforts. • Research, assess, develop, design, and coordinate outreach initiatives with team members to achieve regional program objectives. • Coordinate program scheduling, materials management, and event planning for outreach initiatives. • Collaborate across regions to build a cohesive, standardized approach. • Plan and execute outreach and community events. • Implement strategic promotional strategies. • Perform administrative tasks for marketing initiatives. • Drive overall program objectives through directed activities. • Conduct outreach at events and conferences and manage follow‑up contacts.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or four years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree) and three to five years of engagement and outreach experience. Prior experience in medical sales, end‑of‑life marketing, law enforcement, civic leadership, or military/veteran outreach, as well as proficiency with complex CRM systems and multimedia marketing tools, is essential. A reliable vehicle and driver’s license are also mandatory. • Work effectively in highly collaborative settings. • Present to and manage executive‑level relationships.

Benefits
