About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring daily onsite presence, lead generation, tours, lease processing, and resident‑service duties. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; qualify leads, conduct tours, and finalize leases. • Generate and follow up on new leasing leads, maintain model units, and complete all pre‑move‑in paperwork. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, achieve leasing goals, and execute the annual marketing plan. • Assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service‑request response times, and enforce community policies. • Perform general office, common‑area, and model‑unit upkeep and cleaning tasks. • Meet physical requirements: climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb, stand or sit for long periods, work overtime, weekends, and in various weather and temperature conditions.
