About the Role

As a PLM Solution Lead, you will ensure PLM initiatives align with business goals and deliver value throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to production. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate PLM processes and drive product development efficiency. You will lead the design and implementation of PLM strategies, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and IT teams, and translate business requirements into clear system specifications. Additional duties include training end‑users, monitoring system performance, managing vendor relationships, overseeing upgrades, and maintaining comprehensive documentation while staying abreast of industry trends. • Lead design and implementation of PLM strategies to improve product development efficiency. • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to integrate PLM processes. • Translate business requirements into PLM system specifications and maintain documentation. • Provide training and support to ensure end‑user adoption of PLM tools. • Monitor PLM system performance, drive continuous improvement, and manage vendor relationships. • Oversee PLM software upgrades and enhancements.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and has 10–12 years of experience in PLM or product development within a manufacturing environment. A proven track record with PLM tools such as Windchill or Teamcenter, strong leadership, project management, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills are required, and ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. • Possess 10–12 years of PLM or product development experience in manufacturing. • Demonstrated expertise with PLM tools such as Windchill or Teamcenter; ERP (SAP) knowledge is a plus. • Strong leadership, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
