About the Role
The Director will provide senior technical and delivery leadership on complex transmission projects, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and lead engineering workstreams that shape strategy and solve technical challenges. They will drive transmission planning and development for large‑scale grid infrastructure, collaborate with delivery partners and multidisciplinary teams, and align technical, commercial, and program objectives with Major Project Delivery Leads and external stakeholders. • Provide senior technical and delivery leadership on complex transmission projects. • Lead transmission engineering workstreams and shape client strategy. • Drive planning and development of large‑scale grid infrastructure nationwide. • Collaborate with delivery partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Align technical, commercial, and program objectives with Major Project Delivery Leads and external stakeholders. • Support for professional accreditation, chartership, and internal training programs.
