About the Role

The Field Recruiter role is responsible for full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations, partnering closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to secure talent that drives business performance and growth. In this position, the recruiter will oversee every stage of the hiring process, from requisition intake through offer acceptance, while ensuring a transparent and timely candidate experience and maintaining accurate data in the ATS. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing needs and priorities • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent • Collect interview feedback and advise hiring teams on selection decisions • Provide a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience at every stage • Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, setting clear expectations • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and related systems • Follow standardized recruiting processes and identify opportunities for efficiency • Stay updated on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices • Take accountability for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

What You Bring

Success in the role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 1–3 years of high‑volume talent acquisition experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication with professional clarity • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP) preferred
