About the Role

The role involves leading multidisciplinary design teams, mentoring staff, contributing to marketing and business development, ensuring quality, schedule, scope, and budget compliance, and tracking financial aspects, with occasional travel to sites or other offices. • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design teams from project conception to completion. • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering collaboration and career growth. • Maintain client relationships and oversee project delivery, including proposals, feasibility studies, construction documents, and administration. • Support marketing and business development by preparing fee proposals, scopes of work, and promoting HDR services. • Ensure project quality, schedule, scope, and budget compliance; implement QA/QC procedures and track financial performance. • Travel to job sites or HDR offices as needed to support project coordination.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree, have at least five years of related experience (including three years in site programming, design, construction, or commissioning), and possess data‑center/mission‑critical experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Newforma or ProjectWise. • Minimum 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in site programming, design, construction, or commissioning. • Experience with data center/mission‑critical projects in an architectural or engineering consulting firm. • Proficiency with Newforma Project Center or ProjectWise document management software. • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and project‑management skills.
