What You Bring
The role involves understanding business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, following a designated training schedule to achieve certification at each level, and maintaining professional, productive communication with internal customers. The employee will incorporate new procedures into daily routines, meet or exceed productivity targets, resolve problem invoices with urgency, and address quality control issues in problem queues, while also handling other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager. Candidates must hold a B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree. Preferred qualifications include up to six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, or finance, and experience with similar processes is advantageous. Applicants with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered even without prior experience. The job is performed primarily in an office environment, requiring the use of standard office equipment. Physical demands include repetitive motions and coordination of eye, hand, and foot while frequently sitting, talking, and hearing. • Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures. • Hold a B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree (required). • Possess up to 6 months of relevant audit, accounts, or finance experience (preferred). • Demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills; candidates without experience may be considered.
