About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative serves as the front line for telephone and walk‑in customers, understanding equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing rentals. This role requires strong administrative abilities and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. It supports the rental of all types of construction and industrial equipment. • Develop skills for career growth via outside sales or operational management tracks. • Use inside sales/customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime. • Collaborate with a supportive team to serve customers. • Provide diverse equipment and services such as climate control, industrial, tools & equipment, oil & gas, power & HVAC, pile driving, pump solutions, scaffolding, remediation and restoration.
